This product is optimized by computer simulation using microwave broadband transistor. This product mainly realizes the generation of broadband RF signal. The output frequency range can cover 515MHz--1150MHZ. Such a wide range can be used as a test source for RF products. It can also be used as a communication modulation VCO. It can be used as a built-in oscillator of the radio frequency. By sending two signals of such a wide range of VCOs into the mixer, it can generate various frequency signals of DC---500MHZ, thus achieving the generation. The role of the new frequency is widely used.
