Description:
AD8307 is use 8pin SOIC_N package, it is a use of progressive compression technology(continuous detection) 500MHz complete single-chip demodulation logarithmic amplifier, When 100MHz maximum frequency, it can support 92dB (±3dB rule consistency) and 88dB (±1dB error limit) dynamic range. The AD8307 is extremely stable and easy to use, eliminating the need for external components. It requires 2.7V to 5.5V single power supply voltage operation (7.5mA). CMOS-compatible fast execution control pins are disabled. The AD8307 has a standby current as low as 150μA and the operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
