    HENRY RADIO 4K ULTRA AMPLIFIER PARTS: L9 TRACKING COIL w/TUNING SLUG
    This item is L9, the tracking adjustment coil that is used on the Henry 4K Ultra Amplifier
    This is the coil that allows the tuning proceedure to make the input SWR track with the amplifier output tank circuit.  If your L9 coil fails, it can have a dramatic effect on tuning the amp because your input SWR will not coincide with plate resonance.  Max drive to the cathode will occur when the plate is off resonance and if you tune for max power out, then you could damage your 8877 tube.  This is a great spare part to have on hand if you own the 4K Ultra.
    Tunable, 2uH with the correct permeability.  This is a factory supplied part from Henry.
