    Additional Shipping Details:
    The majority of our products are shipped priority mail by the United States Postal Service(USPS). But USPS does have size and weight limitations, and for those products we sell above the limitations, we ship with either UPS or FedEx to your location.
    Those shipping carriers will handle our larger items, like Microwaves, Toaster Ovens, etc. Again, this will be in the listing when you decide to purchase it. We will choose the best, and least expensive of the two, depending on your zip code when we get your order. Some of those items could still be shipped free, but there are some that we'll just have to charge the buyer
    One way or another, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as the product leaves our warehouse.
    Refunds and Returns:
    We do everything possible to portray the product in it's working condition. If there are scuffs and marks, we will show them in the photos. Same for dings or dents. We are confident that what we show and say about the product is above board and honest.
    Please, if you have any questions or concerns about the item you receive, contact me first before issuing a bad feedback. I will do everything I can to make you happy if you just give me a chance. That's always been my policy if I get a product I'm not happy with when I buy something, and it's a great way to get things resolved.
    If, within the first 30 days after you receive the product, you have a problem with it which I can't resolve, I will take it back and issue you a refund. Item has to be returned to me first in its original packaging, including packed for safety. No exceptions to this requirement.
